That the vast majority of my students don't know about the 140 character limit for text messages or tweets -- they don't use twitter and they don't notice that text messages have a limit. (When I pointed out to a few students that sometimes their long messages are broken into two when they exceed 140 characters, they were like 'ohhhhhh.....')
So basically all the responses from students ended up being 140 words or less.
Oh well, I at least enjoyed making the key =) I love the discipline the 140 character limit places on a person -- I just wish it would have worked on this quiz problem.
